What is the dosage for Mavyret?

According to the manufacturer of Mavyret, there are various dosage regimens and durations.

Prior to treatment:

• All patients should be tested for Hepatitis B virus infection by measuring HBsAg and anti-HBc.

Dosage regimens and durations:

• Duration for treatment-naïve patients, Genotypes 1-6:
  • 8 weeks without cirrhosis
  • 12 weeks with compensated cirrhosis
• Duration for treatment-experienced patients:
  • Genotype 1 – 16 weeks for patients with or without cirrhosis that were previously treated with a regimen containing an NS5A inhibitor without prior treatment with an NS3/4A protease inhibitor
  • Genotype 1 – 12 weeks for patients with or without cirrhosis that were previously treated with a regiment containing NS3/4A protease inhibitor without prior treatment with an NS5A inhibitor.
  • Genotypes 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6 – 8 weeks for patients without cirrhosis that were previously treated with a regimen that contained interferon, peginterferon, ribavirin, and/or sofosbuvir (PRS).
  • Genotypes 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6 – 12 weeks for patients with compensated cirrhosis that were previously treated with a regimen that contained PRS.
  • Genotype 3 – 16 weeks for patients without cirrhosis that were previously treated with a regimen that contained PRS.
  • Genotype 3 – 16 weeks for patients with compensated cirrhosis that were previously treated with a regimen that contained PRS.
