how does a person sign up for the new clinical trial beginning in 2013
If you are interested in enrolling in this clinical trial, please try visiting http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ and enter “Hepatitis C” into the search field at the top right corner of the page. The search results will come up with active studies, which are currently recruiting volunteers, as well as studies that have already been completed.
Look up the trial you are interested in at clinicaltrials.gov. In the body of information you will find contact info. Just make sure you have the trial identifier, normally top of page, before you call. Make sure to read through the inclusion/exclusion info. They will not bend so do not waste your time if you do not exactly meet the criteria.
how do I get the trial
I contacted Boehringer and Ingelheim on 3/27/13 about a trial and was told that my hep c doc had to submit my info for consideration. I could not do it on my own. I just got a new DR I see him for the first time 4/3/13. I have the info just need to pass on to DR.
